ESI is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Technical Trainer with advanced expertise in Tableau and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will design and deliver hands-on training that enhances user skills in data visualization, dashboard development, and data analysis across various business functions.

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Develop and facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions on Tableau and Excel

2. Create training materials, job aids, and self-paced learning content

3. Customize content based on audience skill levels and business needs

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2. 3+ years of experience delivering training on Tableau and Excel

3. Expert-level proficiency in Tableau (visualizations, dashboards, calculations)

4. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/macros, and data modeling

5. Strong facilitation, communication, and instructional design skills

6. Experience using LMS and virtual training platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Tableau Desktop Certified Associate or Higher

2. Microsoft Excel Expert certification

3. Experience delivering training in government environments
