  • Work directly with Training Supervisors to establish site training plans that comply with Operations Training System requirements and corporate best practices.
  • Support governance organizations including PLC, MLC, TLC, SSHELC, and other operational leadership groups.
  • Develop classroom instruction, instructor-led training, practical field exercises, presentations, assessments, and technical documentation.
  • Deliver classroom and field-based technical instruction to operations and maintenance personnel.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize workforce competency.
  • Assist with Instructional System Design (ISD) to ensure learning content supports operational excellence and adult learning principles.
  • Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) including database functionality, reporting, competency tracking, metrics, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Customize reports and analyze training metrics to support compliance and workforce development initiatives.
  • Maintain competency records and monitor compliance with required technical training programs.
  • Promote SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) principles throughout all training activities.
  • Support vendor management and external training resources when applicable.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to identify competency gaps and implement development strategies.
  • Influence cross-functional teams and operational organizations without direct supervisory authority.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, standards, and directives.

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present technical material to large audiences.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
