Job Responsibilities - Lead endtoend test planning governance and execution across multiple workstreams and applications.
- Establish and oversee testing processes standards metrics and quality controls.
- Manage and coordinate testing activities including functional automation performance security and integration testing.
- Drive adoption of shiftleft testing practices and quality engineering principles.
- Oversee test data management and test environment management strategies.
- Collaborate with business technology and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Track and report quality metrics KPIs risks and testing progress through dashboards and executive presentations.
- Leverage AIdriven tools and solutions to improve testing productivity efficiency and coverage.
- Support AgileSAFe delivery teams by ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 122420 to $147413
