Position NoteChameleon Integrated Services is actively bidding on a proposal to provide Cyberspace Operations and Development for the Enterprise (CODE) services under the DC3 Technical, Analytical, and Business Operations (TABO) requirement. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Position OverviewChameleon Integrated Services is seeking a senior technical leader to serve as the CODE Task Lead / Enterprise Architecture (EA) Task Lead / Data Task Lead. This is a Government-designated Key Personnel position primarily based out of the contract's main hub in Linthicum Heights, MD.
While the government's minimum baseline qualifications are focused on core certifications, Chameleon intends to recruit significantly above the minimum standard to ensure an elite technical delivery. This individual will serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the CODE directorate, providing comprehensive management, delivery oversight, and operational tracking of contractor and subcontractor activities.
Responsibilities- Act as the central interface and technical manager for the CODE directorate, directing multi-disciplinary engineering and architectural resources.
- Provide hands-on oversight for enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and classified enterprise baseline designs.
- Oversee data management structures, including hybrid-cloud infrastructure, enterprise data governance, data integration pathways, and application programming interfaces (APIs).
- Direct the engineering and operations of business intelligence (BI) and enterprise data platforms, including data-lake and data-warehouse implementations.
- Manage daily IT service delivery, operational support taskers, and technical change control pipelines within complex Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) environments.
- Ensure all architectural artifacts and data management strategies align precisely with broader DoD enterprise requirements and mission objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Hard Screening Criteria)- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
Preferred Technical Background- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise architecture and data management programs within a classified DoD enterprise.
- Practical familiarity with DoDAF tools, RMF pathways, and secure cloud integrations.
- Proven track record supervising concurrent infrastructure, data engineering, application development, and cyber engineering resources.
