Position OverviewThe Technical Targeting Analyst provides mission critical support to an Intelligence Community customer. The successful candidate will review, analyze, and respond to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of national security topics. This role involves utilizing specialized tools and large data sets to extract insights, identify intelligence gaps, and develop actionable targeting strategies.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct all source research and evaluate complex technical data sets to support ongoing intelligence operations.
- Produce high quality analytic products, target network analysis, and vulnerability assessments for senior decision makers.
- Identify intelligence gaps and formulate follow on collection strategies to support mission objectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, prime contractors, and external mission partners to align efforts and maximize impact.
- Perform data exploitation to map complex networks and characterize targets for community vetting and validation.
Required Skills- Bachelor degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent years of demonstrated experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience within the Intelligence Community producing analytic or targeting deliverables.
- Demonstrated proficiency with specialized intelligence tools, databases, and methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for government stakeholders.
Additional DetailsFusion Innovation anticipates the annual base salary for this position will generally range from $100,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to:
- Relevant education, certifications, and training
- Years of direct applicable experience with this work and the customer
- Contract labor category requirements, skill level, contract bill rate, and hours allocation
- Alignment with the position's responsibilities
- Additional specialized skills
