Full Job Description
About the role

Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire the technical talent powering Biorce's next stage of growth.

You will play a critical role in finding, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, and other technical teams. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can move fast, source creatively, partner closely with hiring managers, and compete for top technical talent in a highly competitive market.

You won't just fill vacancies. You will help shape hiring strategies, build high-quality pipelines, represent Biorce to brilliant candidates, and play a key role in scaling the teams behind our AI-powered healthtech platform.

Who We're Looking For

A strong technical recruiter with the confidence, pace, and ownership mindset to operate in a high-growth environment. You have proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps, Product Engineering, or similar areas.

You may come from a startup, scale-up, agency, RPO, or high-volume technical recruiting environment. What matters most is that you know how to identify exceptional talent, engage passive candidates, manage multiple searches at once, and partner effectively with hiring managers.

You do not need to know every technology inside out, but you do need to be curious, sharp, structured, and able to understand technical briefs quickly. You should know how to ask the right questions, calibrate with hiring teams, and find candidates others may miss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic partnership and consultation: Partner directly with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape effective search strategies.
  • End-to-end recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview process management, feedback, offer support, and closing.
  • Expert sourcing: Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and other technical domains.
  • Candidate engagement: Identify, approach, and engage high-quality passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, market mapping, niche communities, and direct outreach.
  • Candidate experience and employer branding: Act as a strong ambassador for Biorce, ensuring every candidate has a professional, thoughtful, and engaging experience from first contact to offer.
  • Process excellence and data: Keep pipelines structured and ATS data accurate. Track hiring activity, identify bottlenecks, and use data to provide clear updates and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Market intelligence: Build an understanding of technical talent markets, competitor companies, candidate motivations, and sourcing channels to help Biorce compete for the best people.
  • Continuous improvement: Contribute ideas to improve our recruiting process, interview experience, sourcing strategy, candidate communication, and employer brand.
