Position Summary - The Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate provides day-to-day technical support for technology equipment and systems within the logistics environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues to support business operations. The position also assists with system installations, monitors data center infrastructure, coordinates with internal and third-party support teams, and maintains inventory of technology assets.

Role Description;
• Good years of experience with Informatica platforms, including IDMC.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, agent deployment, and VM management.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure) and hybrid deployments.
• Familiarity with platform monitoring tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Data Discovery Cataloging: Experience with automated data scanning and cataloging tools (e.g., Informatica Data Catalog).
• Metadata Management Ability to manage metadata across diverse environments.
• Data Lineage Understanding of lineage visualization and impact analysis.
• Business Glossary Exposure to glossary creation and stewardship workflows.
• Sensitive Data Discovery Awareness of data privacy, classification, and compliance techniques.
• Policy Management Basic knowledge of data access and usage policy frameworks.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
