POSITION SUMMARY

The AI-Tech Support Program Manager will play a key role in driving the success and expansion of AI-driven technical support initiatives within the North America service organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating AI-tech support programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple teams. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to meet strategic goals and promote the growth of AI-tech support programs in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead AI-tech support programs within the North America service organization, ensuring the successful delivery of programs on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and service, to align program activities with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and track program progress, addressing any challenges or obstacles to ensure timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and any potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that the AI-tech support programs align with broader business strategies and objectives.
  • Drive the development of subscription-based services for customers and service partners.
  • Develop rollout and communication plans for AI-tech support programs.
  • Provide guidance to other regions to launch AI-tech support initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations throughout all program activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the AI, power systems, energy, thermal, HVAC, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and delivering large, complex projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate challenges and drive program success.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and neural networks.
  • Experience with AI platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and OpenAI.
  • Knowledge of power systems, energy, industrial, thermal, HVAC, or related industry is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
