Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to lead systems design and technical strategy for solutions supporting the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP). This role focuses on designing scalable, data-driven solutions that help monitor performance, streamline operations, and improve program oversight and readiness activities. You'll work closely with program analysts, financial and policy teams, and technical staff to design and implement tools and infrastructure that support data collection, reporting, and operational assessments for transportation providers across a statewide program.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the technical architecture for systems and tools that support the planning, readiness, and oversight of MATP operations
  • Design integrated solutions for tracking provider performance, financial reporting, claims reconciliation, and readiness assessments
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and policy teams to understand program goals and translate them into technical requirements
  • Support development of dashboards, monitoring systems, and analytical tools that provide insight into provider capacity, service delivery, and cost trends
  • Guide the technical planning and implementation of secure data pipelines and storage solutions involving transportation and healthcare data
  • Ensure that technical solutions support compliance with applicable privacy, security, and Medicaid transportation program requirements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on system modifications, performance tuning, and solution enhancements
  • Document architectural decisions, interface designs, data schemas, and system workflows

Qualifications:
