The Role & Your Impact

As Technical Service Manager 6 Central Valley California, you will be a key technical partner to our dairy customers, focusing primarily on cheese production (cheddar, pasta filata, cottage cheese, and related varieties). You will support customer retention and site optimization while collaborating closely with Account Managers and technical colleagues across North America.

Your impact will include:

  • Enabling business retention and customer maintenance through proactive technical service and optimization activities

  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers, solving complex production challenges

  • Supporting trials, data analysis, and technical reporting that drive customer value and growth

  • Contributing technical expertise across North American regions as time allows


This role combines handsADon plant work with analytical problemADsolving and strong collaboration across commercial, technical, and innovation teams.

What YouADll Need to Be Successful

  • 5+ years of experience in cheese and fresh dairy manufacturing

  • InADplant dairy production experience (required) with strong knowledge of plant operations

  • BachelorADs degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a similar field

  • Ability to conduct statistical analysis and translate data into practical process improvements

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: USD $110,000 6 $120,000

  • Target bonus: 10%
