Full Job Description
Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Operations and technical training personnel design and develop operations and technical training
materials, including Job Task Analysis, Objective Development, Evaluation material development, training materials, and online modules. They ensure that content is relevant to approved Task-To-Training Matrix, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals. They analyze employee learning needs and partner
with subject matter experts and operations/technical management to provide input for course content.
They plan and coordinate skills assessments and training, and they develop and monitor metrics for
evaluating training and development effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field
• Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
