Graham is actively recruiting a Technical Scope Manager for the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Director, this role leads and integrates a team of subject matter experts, while serving as the primary client-facing leader to ensure alignment and deliver seamless, high-quality project outcomes.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site
  • Lead and Align Experts - Coordinate technical teams to deliver integrated, high-quality project outcomes
  • Ensure Quality and Sustainability - Drive QA/QC and LEED compliance across all project phases
  • Manage Schedules, Budgets, and Changes - Oversee project controls and change management to mitigate risks
  • Engage Clients and Stakeholders - Act as the primary client-facing leader, providing clear technical updates
  • Promote Safety and Improvement: Maintain safety standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives


The Right Tools for the Job
  • Education: Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Experience: 7+ years in construction/design, including 3+ years as a Project or Construction Manager; experience with Design-Build or Alliance models is an asset

Compensation
  • Salary Range $140,000 to $175,000 per annum
