  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver AIA-approved or AIA-aligned presentations, lunch-and learns, hands-on demonstrations, classroom training, virtual learning sessions, and field-based educational programs for architects, consultants, contractors, distributors, and other construction professionals.
  • Engage engineering and design consultants by providing technical data, testing information, code compliance guidance, and application recommendations to support proper system selection.
  • Work directly with building owners and end users to present solutions focused on performance, durability, lifecycle value, sustainability, and return on investment.
  • Partner with contractors and distributors to support product selection, project execution, application best practices, pre-construction planning, and successful installation outcomes.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and construction documents to ensure appropriate product selection and identify opportunities for specification influence.
  • Collaborate with Sales Support, Technical Services, Product Management, and Regional Sales leadership to secure project opportunities and support customer needs.
  • Assist customers with pricing requests, submittal packages, product substitutions, system recommendations, warranty information, code approvals, and project specific technical documentation.
  • Provide project follow-up support including specifications, drawings, samples, technical literature, application guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Track presentation activity, specification opportunities, project influence efforts, and territory performance using CRM and reporting systems.
  • Facilitate Territory Development Plan (TDP) activities, including strategic planning, growth initiatives, monthly sustainment calls, and professional development objectives.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing education programs for sales teams, distributors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with new product launches and market development initiatives by educating customers on product benefits, applications, competitive advantages, and market opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, association meetings, and professional development activities to strengthen customer relationships and remain informed of market trends.
  • Provide regular territory reports, activity summaries, and market intelligence to management regarding project opportunities, competitive activity, and territory performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between building owners, architects, consultants, contractors, distributors, and internal stakeholders to support project success.
  • Stay current on building codes, industry standards, construction practices, competitive products, and emerging market trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
