Our team spends their time talking to customers to understand their specific needs and liaising with our product teams to design and create these devices. In many of our projects, we are focused on making customized and unique solutions that push the boundaries of science.

Since we've been around for a while, most of our customers come to us to collaborate on their next project. Most of our proactive outreach comes from attending conferences around the world and from the fine efforts of our marketing team! Our next Technical Sales Lead will assist with handling customer inquiries, configuring solutions and options with our clients, quotation and proposal development, supporting marketing activities, project coordination, and full-cycle support of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting our world-renowned delivery excellence and maintaining high level professionalism and confidentiality required in a high-tech company

Qualifications and Experience:
• Post-secondary education in STEM fields
• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to collaborate with various engineering and non-technical teams
• Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite

Ideal Candidate Skills:
• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, microscopy and microanalysis, and/or product management fields
