Technical Recruiter                                                                                    

Location: NYC, NY OR Charlotte, NC

The R&D/AI Technical Recruiter plays a vital role in building Intapp's engineering and product innovation teams. You'll partner with engineering, product, and data leaders to source, screen, and hire talented software engineers, data scientists, platform engineers, and other technical specialists. Your work directly impacts Intapp's ability to deliver governed AI solutions—the engineers you help hire will build core platform capabilities, drive product velocity, and shape the future of how professional firms manage AI and data at scale.

Your day-to-day will blend technical recruiting expertise with strategic partnership. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical product roles, build pipelines through technical networks and communities, conduct initial technical assessments or pair with hiring managers on technical screening, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding. You'll work closely with R&D leadership, understand technical requirements at a conceptual level, stay current with hiring trends in the engineering market, and maintain a bias toward quality and long-term culture fit. You'll bring recruiting acumen, technical fluency, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, extending offers, and initiating the on-boarding process

  • Source passive candidates using proactive recruiting methods for open positions while building a pipeline of talent for future needs

  • Quickly ramp on new business areas, translating hiring needs into actionable talent strategies

  • Operate as a utility player, flexing across priorities based on business demand

  • Drive urgency across the hiring process, ensuring feedback, scheduling, and decisions happen within defined timelines

  • Provide outstanding customer service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the Intapp brand is well represented

  • Partner with hiring managers to define clear role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive efficient interview processes

  • Build pipelines for roles aligned to emerging areas including AI, data, and enterprise SaaS

  • Proactively manage interview feedback and decision-making to ensure timely hiring outcomes

  • Maintain company’s ATS (workday/HireEZ) by updating candidate and requisition statuses

  • Provide general backup to the Senior Technical Recruiters and all other recruiters as needed

What you’ll need:

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, Corporate), not limited to a single domain

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with shifting priorities

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and drive accountability

  • Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates initiative and eagerness to learn

  • Bonus: Prior full life cycle recruiting in a disruptive technology (SaaS) company
