You will develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies, source and engage exceptional talent, and guide candidates through the full hiring process-from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting and partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define and identify top talent in this field
  • Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates, leveraging industry expertise, market insights, and data to effectively close candidates
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams within Manufacturing Engineering

  • Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Onsite requirement: This is a fully onsite role based at our Long Beach headquarters. You can expect to work onsite five days per week to support interviews, team meetings, and hiring manager discussions
