About the role

You'll be a strategic partner to engineering leaders, not an order-taker. You'll run searches for deeply technical, often hard-to-fill roles - silicon DV, formal verification, RTL/PD, ML compilers - and build the process, pipeline, and employer brand that let us hire exceptional people quickly and raise the bar as we scale.

What you'll do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized technical roles across hardware and software
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to scope roles, calibrate on talent, and drive structured, efficient interview processes
  • Build and nurture pipelines for niche silicon and systems talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
  • Manage candidates through Greenhouse with rigor - keeping pipelines clean, data accurate, and stages moving
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and represent DensityAI's mission and technical brand to the market
  • Navigate work-authorization and ITAR/export-control considerations on regulated roles, partnering with our immigration and legal support

What we're looking for
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring senior/technical talent
  • Demonstrated success filling hard, specialized engineering roles; ideally in semiconductors, hardware, deep tech, or infrastructure software
  • Hands-on sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, referrals, networks) for passive, high-demand candidates
  • Fluency with an ATS, Greenhouse strongly preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency balanced with a high bar for candidate quality and experience
  • (Optional) Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment, building process from the ground up

Compensation

Final offers depend on level, location, and skills relevant to the role. Additional compensation: equity grant per company guidelines; medical / dental / vision; 401(k); standard PTO. Details discussed during the interview.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

California pay range

$140,000-$180,000 USD
