Technical Recruiter - 100% Onsite

As a Technical Recruiter at Castelion, you will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, driving the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier engineering and operations talent that aligns with our mission.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Talent: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and other creative methods to identify both active and passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth screenings and technical assessments, ensuring candidates meet both job-specific qualifications and align with our culture.
  • Candidate Management: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from the initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights into the technical talent landscape and ensuring alignment on role requirements, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.
  • Talent Mapping & Market Insights: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and market intelligence, proactively informing hiring strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruiting processes through automation, data-driven decision-making, and the use of innovative sourcing tools.
  • Diverse Talent Engagement: Drive efforts to attract a diverse talent pool, ensuring were hiring from a broad and inclusive range of candidates.

Basic Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing candidates for engineering and operations roles
  • Client Engagement: Proven track record of working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and delivering high-quality talent.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to assess technical skills and understand complex engineering roles, ensuring candidates align with job requirements.
  • Candidate Experience: Strong commitment to providing a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Self-Sufficiency: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Be Onsite. This is not a remote or hybrid role. This role is 100% onsite.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with non-traditional recruiting methods, such as cold calling, networking events, or customized sourcing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for niche technical roles.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.

Emails, IMs and verbal interactions are logical, drive clarity, and detailed enough to eliminate ambiguity.
