Technical Quality Assurance - Advisor

TITLE: Technical Quality Assurance - Advisor

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Perform EMV L3, terminal and payment application certifications for Fiserv Payment Platforms including authorization and settlement flows. Generate certification reports and test summary reports for management review. Drive the certification effort and resolution to performance issues affecting critical applications. Prepare and publish the final reports to the stakeholders around Certification Platform. Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment. Lead the knowledge sharing sessions to share ideas and new features of the product. Collaborate with Product teams, Development Teams, and QA leads to understand the process improvement requirements. Implement solution throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving payment application testing or certification experience. Prior experience must include: 4 years designing and executing functional, integration, and regression tests; 4 years working with EMV, ISO 8583, XML, API, ATL105, ETC Plus, and PCI DSS standards; 4 years validating transaction flows including Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, and Reversals; 4 years developing and implementing test plans for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club or JCB; 2 years of merchant set-up and onboarding; and 2 years facilitating settlement by validating authorization and settlement logs.
