Technical Project Manager
We are seeking a seasoned and highly technical Technical Project Manager TPM to drive the execution of our most critical engineering initiatives In this role you wont just manage timelines-you will actively engage with software engineers architects and product managers to unblock technical dependencies architect delivery strategies and steer complex systems from conception to launch The ideal candidate has a solid background in software development or system architecture possesses exceptional leadership skills and thrives in navigating ambiguity in a fastpaced environment

Technical Leadership Delivery
EndtoEnd Program Ownership Lead execution for complex crossfunctional technical programs from scoping through alphabeta releases to global production deployment Architecture Dependency Mapping Partner with Tech Leads and Architects to evaluate system designs map out technical dependencies and identify potential architectural bottlenecks early Risk Management Proactively identify technical risks eg scalability security technical debt and collaborate with engineering teams to develop robust mitigation plans Process Team Optimization Agile Excellence Establish mature and optimize AgileScrumKanban frameworks across multiple engineering squads to improve velocity and predictability Resource Optimization Capacity plan and allocate engineering resources effectively across concurrent workstreams to meet highpriority business objectives Stakeholder Management Communication
