Full Job Description
Job Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, ensuring all the project tasks are defined clearly and tracked to completion. Proactively identify and work on resolving the project risks and issues. Coordinate resources effectively including team members and other stakeholders to optimize project delivery. Drive process improvements and best practices adoption across the company, promoting efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize Gantt charts to manage project schedules, milestones, and dependencies, promoting transparency across teams and stakeholders. Manage defect tracking and sprint planning using JIRA, ensuring streamlined communication and efficient resource allocation. Conduct post-project reviews to incorporate lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering/Technology Management or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a project management-related occupation.

Special Requirements: Position requires at least 4 years of experience in each of the following skills:
  • Utilize knowledge of Jira for sprints, and design and implement end-to-end delivery workflow from planning through release;
  • Utilize knowledge of LoadRunner and JMeter to build a standardized performance testing lifecycle and execution framework;
  • Utilize knowledge of Jira to establish structured risk, issue, and dependency tracking processes;
  • Utilize knowledge of Jira and Excel to build task allocation and ownership models for cross-functional teams;
  • Utilize knowledge of LoadRunner Analysis to create performance test reporting templates for clients and leadership;
  • Utilize knowledge of SharePoint to create onboarding and knowledge-transfer processes for engineers and QA.

Position requires some experience in each of the following skills:
  • Utilize knowledge of AutoCAD to oversee engineering drawing revisions and CAD file management for manufacturing readiness;
  • Utilize knowledge of Arena PLM to manage BOMs, engineering prints, and technical documentation with strict version control;
  • Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Visio to create and manage manufacturing and engineering labels to support NPI builds;
  • Utilize knowledge of Confluence to compile and maintain NPI build packets, including BOMs, drawings, labels, and work instructions;
  • Utilize knowledge of Arena QMS to coordinate quality assurance readiness and production launch activities.
