Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 8+ years of experience in project management within technology-driven environments.
• AML or Fraud knowledge, Managing project, Familiar with orchestrating tasks related to the
SAR (Suspected activity report), Managing cross functioning teams with Agile process sitting
in NY, Irving. (kind or RTE in Scrum for fraud)
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Understanding of cloud computing, software development, or IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications (preferred).
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead AML/Fraud initiatives across multiple Agile teams.
• Act as Lead facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and program execution.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of AML and Fraud Detection projects.
• Drive activities related to Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), case management, investigations, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, dependency management, and release planning.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Compliance teams, Risk teams, and Technology stakeholders
Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 per year
