As a Technical Project Manager Senior with Deluxe, you will lead multiple technology projects and be responsible for the successful execution of complex strategic enterprise projects using Agile frameworks. Manage (without direct management authority) technical resources, business partners and organizational leaders to accomplish project goals and objectives with efficiency and high client satisfaction involving communication with senior leadership, across multiple divisions and broad scope. This role is accountable for ensuring the highest quality delivery with emphasis on meeting product/platform deadlines and goals and have the ability to work on complex, cross-functional, large revenue-generating, and cost takeout initiatives as both a program or project management level, dependent on the work. This project manager will support our data area of the business.
Job Functions:
- Building and leading cross-functional project teams, setting expectations, and ensuring that the team has the necessary resources and support.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and team to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized.
- Agile process facilitation: ensure that the Agile framework is understood and applied correctly by the team.
- Coach and mentor teams, Technical Project Managers, and Product Owners in roles and responsibilities, providing training sessions and workshops on Agile frameworks (e.g., scrum Kanban) when necessary.
- Metrics and feedback: Capture and use Agile metrics and feedback to help the team continuously improve.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's and 5 years
- 5 years of Project Management experience with k nowledge of project management discipline, methodology and tools.
- C ertified Scrum Master (CSM) with knowledge of Agile framework using scrum and kanban team methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
Experience: List number of years and type of experience
- 6+ years project management and agile work experience
- Certified scrum master
- PM Certification
- Ability to build effective and productive relationships with both clients and internal resources
- Ability to communicate and proactively manage project status, milestones, action items, risks and mitigation plans, and issues to project stakeholders and leadership.
- Frequent independent decision-making ability to manage changing, competing and conflicting priorities; multitask effectively, while balancing urgency, speed, accuracy and consistency.
- Financial management skills to analyze project budgets, drive savings and forecast revenue.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence, Smartsheets, MS tools.
- Strong facilitation skills in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Illustrate composure and ability to handle pressure and deadlines.

CompensationThe compensation range for this position is $140,000.00 - $145,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
