As a Technical Project Manager III in the Corporate Technology - Engineering and Architecture team, you will report to the Chief of Staff and play a pivotal role in promoting strategic initiatives across the Software Delivery Process, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, HR, finance, and executive leadership, shaping the future of our engineering community.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs that advance our business and engineering goals. Ensure programs align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable impacts.


  • Establish and manage governance frameworks for all group programs, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely achievement of milestones. Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.


  • Partner with HR, finance, and executive leaders to support talent management, resource planning, and organizational development. Champion best practices and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.


  • Build strong relationships across engineering, product, and business teams. Facilitate collaboration to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.


  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications. Design and publish content that translates complex program information into actionable insights for stakeholders.


  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation. Lead the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Track key performance indicators and objectives, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization


  • Demonstrated proficiency in Resource Management, Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change Management, Portfolio Management, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, including Controls, Partnership, and Influence.


  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams that span the entire organization.


  • Proven experience within a technology or operational environment.


  • Experience in strategic planning, creating roadmaps, and execution.


  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities


  • Proficient in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships with team members and business partners, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives.


  • Proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow things through.


  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and production of documentation appropriate to an audience.
