Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical program or project management, particularly with complex hardware systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to drive alignment across various teams.
• Ability to thrive amid ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area and work on-site 4-5 days per week.
• Open to international travel for manufacturing support and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project plan and schedule for the engineering development and deployment.
• Drive the design adaptation cycle from concept through production readiness.
• Collaborate with supply chain management, external vendors, and contract manufacturers.
• Plan and coordinate international logistics for deployment, including freight and on-site readiness.
• Maintain oversight of risks, dependencies, and critical paths while aligning stakeholders on status and decisions.
