CGI Montre9al is looking for a Technical Project Manager to contribute to a large-scale digital transformation initiative aimed at enhancing the customer experience, optimizing operations, and modernizing the application ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects from end to end, engaging business and technology teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of expected outcomes in a transforming environment. Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Ensure the governance, planning, and delivery of strategic projects
• Lead the implementation of digital transformation initiatives involving multiple business and technical teams
• Coordinate activities among business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, vendors, and external partners
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery issues
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with business objectives, digital strategy, and organizational priorities
• Oversee the implementation of application solutions, modernization projects, and new business capabilities
• Drive proactive organizational change management and operational readiness activities
• Prepare performance metrics and presentations for various governance committees
• Recommend the most appropriate delivery strategies within complex transformation environments
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing large-scale projects or programs
• Significant experience delivering digital transformation initiatives
• Proven experience with implementation projects, application modernization, or business process transformation initiatives
• Experience managing multiple workstreams or strategic programs simultaneously
• Experience working within large organizations with multiple levels of governance
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent will be considered an asset
• Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of underwriting, pricing, claims, or policy administration processes will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and functional English proficiency

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
