Negotiate and decompose technical customer test requirements into an effective executable plan.
Optimally schedule project activities and create cost and schedule baselines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Assess project status against cost & schedule baselines using technical and financial analyses.
Communicate project status to high level stakeholders via briefings and written reports.
Understand and communicate technical engineering information to stakeholders across various disciplines, both verbally and in writing.
Create and archive accurate and timely test documentation including contract documents, test plans, safety plans, security plans, mission reports, etc.
Work with and motivate team members across diverse functional areas.
Respond effectively to rapidly changing situations.
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with senior staff and peers.
Communications must be clear, concise, and at the appropriate level.
Work must be timely, efficient, and of acceptable quality, with completed work meeting project/program objectives.

White Sands Missile Range experience desired.
Requirements: Minimum Education:- Scientist and Engineer 3-BS in Science or Engineering Field OR substitution as described below
- Scientist and Engineer 4-MS OR substitution as described below
- Subject Mater Expert-exceptional/highly-unique expertise, recognized industry leader in a given area of expertise
Minimum Experience:- Scientist and Engineer 3- 3-10 years of experience
- Scientist and Engineer 4- 10+ years of experience
- Subject Mater Expert -exceptional/highly-unique expertise, recognized industry leader in a given area of expertise
Substitutions:A Bachelor's degree can be substituted for with 6 years of relevant experience OR an Associates degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
And Master's can be substituted for with 12 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's and 8 years of relevant experience.
Security Clearance:Ability to obtain Secret clearance required for job. May begin work with an interim clearance.
