Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a visionary Technical Project Lead with expert software development and solution architecture experience for an exciting opportunity within our Intel Community on a marquee program.

Working as a technical project lead, you have excellent communication skills with cross functional teams and customers from execution to executive levels. You will collaborate with a team of visionaries to reframe the context of problems and chart a path to innovative, practical solutions.
You will embrace our fail fast philosophy to lead a high performance team in the rapid delivery of capabilities at the speed of mission. You will use a mixture of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, AWS Services and technologies such as Java, Python, Graph Databases, and Code Generators. You will troubleshoot and identify root causes of complex technical issues. You will anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and track and monitor trends to proactively solve problems. Your expertise will play a critical role in providing the revolutionary new capabilities that our clients have come to expect from us.
This position is located in our Arlington, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Contribute to our thought leadership collective to shape the vision for the future.
. Lead a high performance technical team to deliver game changing innovations.
. Identify opportunities to revolutionize legacy practices into performance improvements for the customer.
. Contribute to briefs and technical exchange meetings to support customer acceptance of impactful innovation.
. Manage the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) using an Agile Methodology.
. Embrace agile methodologies and the advantages it brings to communication, flexibility, and delivering working code.
. Work with business analysts to gather, document, and understand specific requirements to design technical software solutions.

. Support modeling DevSecOps processes to automate generation of CI/CD scripts for a rapidly evolving code set.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
. Demonstrated vision and delivery of game changing innovative solutions.
. A minimum of 12 years of experience in software development and solution architectures.
. Experience building and leading high performance teams and mentoring junior team members.
. Experience authoring and delivering easy to understand briefs to cross functional audiences to include government executives.
. Expert level Java/JEE coder with hands on experience with one or more of the following frameworks: Spring/Spring Boot, JSON, JPA, and MVC Frameworks.
. Expertise with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
. Experience with advanced features of Version Control Systems such as GIT or SVN.
. Expertise with Database query languages and concepts/designs of large scale database systems.
. Experience leveraging GenAI models to support development efforts.
. Experience with Graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, JanusGraph, Neptune, etc.)
. Experience with creating / using APIs, and familiarity with common integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and or pub/sub.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 $245,500.00.
