Description of Role: SRI Telecom is seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to manage high-volume support operations for enterprise scale IoT (Internet of Things) deployments. This role supports Machine Q, a startup within Comcast focused on delivering innovative IoT solutions to large enterprise clients. The Technical Project Coordinator will oversee the full lifecycle of IT service projects, from ticket intake to technician dispatch, while ensuring resource alignment, documentation accuracy, and timely resolution. This individual will also play a key role in refining support workflows and managing data-driven operational reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly detail oriented, and thrives in a fast paced, Agile, startup-like environment.
Tasks:- Coordinate inbound support requests for IoT devices (e.g., lost/unplugged sensors, installation needs)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and determine when field dispatch is necessary
- Compile project status reports and track ticket trends to identify recurring issues and gaps
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and documentation in coordination with internal and external teams
- Ensure proper documentation of project phases, including scope, requirements, and deliverables
- Analyze systems requirements and assist in continuous process improvement efforts
- Participate in Agile project planning and sprint execution alongside cross-functional stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:- 8+ years of experience in technical coordination, IT project support, or related fields
- Familiarity with IoT technologies, Agile environments, and enterprise customer operations
- Proficiency with CRM/ticketing platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar systems
- Proven experience managing high-volume support environments or field service coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of technical and operational data
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment
