Responsibilities:
  1. The Client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Analyst with primary responsibility for supporting data migration tasks as part of our overall ACH Modernization initiative.
  2. Responsibilities include the capture, analysis and interpretation of data migration information and the creation of related project deliverables.
  3. This position will work closely with the Technical Project Manager responsible for data migrations, as well other business and technical stakeholders, on tasks related to the migration of data amongst various subsystems on both mainframe and distributed environments.
  4. This position requires experience working in both waterfall and agile software development environments, with a passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, and excellence.
  5. The person selected must have superlative interpersonal and communication skills and be an excellent team player working with others-including other technical resources, the business, QA, and management.
  6. Provide analytical support to the team responsible for data migrations as part of the ACH Modernization program. Project involves working in a collaborative environment with a high level of team interaction.
  7. Responsible for capturing data migration related analysis, effectively documenting the results, and producing a variety of project deliverables.
  8. Assist the Technical Project Manager with the completion of necessary Software Development Framework (SDF) artifacts.
  9. Exercise good judgment and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  10. Create and foster a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications:
  1. Map and convert existing ALM scripts to XRAY (Core Payments map and convert existing ALM scripts to XRAY)
  2. Migrate standardize and validate our current scripts ALM repository to Xray Migrating existing scripts to ALM will save 100+ hours from the current product teams and help them focus on delivering product related intiatives
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Business with a concentration in MIS, or related field.
  4. Five or more years working with highly complex projects crossing multiple platforms and diverse technologies to include experience in several of the following:
    1. Technical project analysis or project management
    2. Data migrations and/or database analysis
    3. Tracking and updating project tasks
    4. Creation of complex technical deliverables
  5. Demonstrated experience providing analytical support to technical teams responsible for implementing complex solutions in an enterprise environment
  6. Excellent interpersonal as well as oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  7. Demonstrated organizational planning skills and proficiency with standard business productivity applications and software.
  8. Exercises good judgment and escalates issues to management when necessary.
  9. Experience resolving project issues in a team setting, including evaluation of options to determine optimal solution.
