The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX/Jersey City, NJ is $130k - $135k/year & benefits (see below).
The RoleResponsibilities:- Manage program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across engineering pods.
- Coordinate between vendor resourcing teams and internal stakeholders.
- Track risk, issues, and delivery status; report to leadership.
- Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members.
Requirements:- 7+ years technical program/project management experience.
- Experience in blockchain, fintech, or large-scale platform programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
- PMP/Agile certification a plus.
