We are actively recruiting a Technical Program Manager for Supplier Engineering!
General Profile: Requires adequate knowledge and experience in managing multiple programs/projects to support process improvements and strategic issue resolutions in wafer fabrication equipment industries. Strong interpersonal skills effectively influence and lead others to find and implement solutions to complex quality problems. Excellent listening, written and verbal communications skills. Works independently, with minimum guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Manages multiple programs/projects, leading cross-functional Supplier Quality and IT teams to improve the quality performance of companies within Applied's global supply chain.
- Owns the end-to-end IT solution lifecycle, from requirements and development through deployment, training, adoption, and continuous improvement, including CIP to improve existing portals and databases.
- Manages AI-enabled projects involving knowledge management, workflow automation, predictive analytics, intelligent search, and decision support systems, and drives initiatives that improve supplier and manufacturing SPC process monitoring through automation and advanced analytics.
- Develops project plans and oversees from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources. Ensures objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across cross functional teams.
- Manages schedule and task details using project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project). Interfaces and coordinates with internal customers and provides status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Identifies and resolves potential complications within programs and develops solutions for resolution.
- Develops and improves business processes, dashboards, metrics and applications used to manage supply chain quality.
- Contributes to the organization strategy and Annual Operating Plans (AOP)
- Provides program management and business process expertise to support team members.
Functional Knowledge- Knowledge and experience in program/project management practices in high tech industry
- Management/administration of programs/projects from initiation/establishment, risk management, execution/status reporting until conclusion and closure
- PM certification strongly preferred
Business Expertise- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve business processes.
Leadership- Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution
Problem Solving- Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions

- Presentation in diversified business environments
Impact- Impacts the achievement of program, operational and customers objectives; work is guided by functional policies
Interpersonal Skills- Strong interpersonal skills and being able to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Quality Engineering, or related field.
Experience- 7 - 10 years in high tech/industrial sectors with at least 3-year experience in program/project management.
- Knowledge of Supplier Quality, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, Audit Management, and CAPA processes.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs and influencing stakeholders across organizational boundaries; experience developing and implementing digital, automation, or AI-based solutions preferred.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
