Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience launching software products that leverage AI/ML models.
  • Experience working with AI/ML software development lifecycles.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working on quality evaluation focused programs.
  • Experience with projects which involve a significant research and development component in addition to pure execution.
  • Experience working with AI/ML Research and Development (R&D) teams.

As an SI Technical Program Manager, you will be an E2E owner driving planning and execution. Your cross-functional partners will look to you for strategic thought partnership with a holistic and unbiased Point of View (POV). You will work on the highest priority programs based on business needs including next generation SRP experiences, evolving industry differentiating quality and trust systems, AI/ML modeling, or superhuman AI raters at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the program strategy, developing a holistic and unbiased PoV on the program and driving mitigations to deliver on business goals.
  • Drive planning and execution of technically complex cross-organization launches that impact billions of users. Including developing and maintaining a plan of record, governance, tracker, risk/mitigation plans, decision log, and comms/escalations.
  • Be an E2E owner driving deep cross-functional collaboration, communication, and accountability with a federated team of Software Engineers, Product Managers and cross-functional teams in Search and across K&I.
  • Develop and execute on a communication plan to meet the needs of stakeholders which supports decision making and escalations.
  • Exercise strong technical judgement and skills to mitigate risks/blockers, run effective meetings, resolve conflicts between stakeholders to accelerate program timelines.
