- Influence program tradeoffs across technical scope, reliability, schedule, resources, cost, and customer priorities, facilitating timely decisions without taking technical ownership away from engineering leads.
- Drive deployment readiness and outcomes by connecting field requirements to development plans and coordinating engineering, testing, operations, and customer-facing teams through acceptance and stabilization.
- Resolve cross-functional gaps by making ownership and next steps explicit when issues span software, hardware, testing, deployment, or operations.
- Improve planning and communication with data using delivery history, engineering bandwidth, KPIs, and risk trends to support realistic roadmap commitments and concise leadership updates.
