Position Title: Technical Program Manager, Partner Integrations
Department: Delivery Engineering
Reports To: Director, Strategic Programs
Location: US Remote

Overview:

Lead and optimize core system integration projects for One Inc, driving successful delivery and ongoing improvement of PremiumPay and ClaimsPay solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Integration Projects:
    Oversee new and existing core system integration projects, serving as the subject matter expert for both internal teams and clients. Ensure all aspects of project implementation-including scope, schedule, and costs-are executed flawlessly and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with a dedicated Software Implementation Consultant and coordinate internal resources, third parties, and partners to align technical and business objectives for partner integrations. Build strong, trustful relationships with prospects, customers, and implementation partners.
  • Requirements & Backlog Management:Lead requirements gathering workshops, assist in defining project scope and objectives, and gather business requirements for enhancements. Intake and prioritize defects, manage the integration backlog, and ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Project Execution & Documentation:Manage project timelines, resource capacity, and comprehensive documentation. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as integrations evolve, and maintain detailed project records.
  • Performance & Advocacy:Track integration performance, data accuracy, and user adoption post-launch. Advocate internally for integration needs and drive initiatives that accelerate revenue generation for products and services.
  • Support & Escalation:Support sales opportunities, new delivery projects, and handle escalations as needed. Effectively report and escalate issues to management.
  • Mentorship & Methodology:Mentor customers and partners in One Inc implementation methodologies. Set realistic expectations and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.


Skills:
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Skilled at identifying project interdependencies and mobilizing resources to maximize productivity and manage risk
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and meetings with diverse participants
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capability

  • Technical proficiency in APIs, data exchange protocols (webhooks, REST), and software architecture

  • Insurance Industry experience a plus

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is preferred
  • At least five years' experience leading high-performance teams and/or implementation projects for Enterprise Packaged Software
