Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in launching new products, encompassing in hardware and software development, and systems infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in hardware engineering, software engineering, GPU Systems and solutions.
  • Experience with launching IaaS VM, bare metal and machine of the day products.
  • Understanding of large-scale distributed systems and technical judgement.
  • Firm sense of accountability, ownership for the project lifecycle and sound knowledge of project management.


Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive End to End (e2e) execution across large/cross-functional teams.
  • Set the goal and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously with engaging priorities. Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes.
  • Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus.
  • Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.


Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) 20% bonus target equity benefits
