Full Job Description
NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Program Manager for New Product Deployment Readiness on the Solutions Architecture team. Academic and commercial groups worldwide use NVIDIA products to redefine deep learning, data analytics, and power data centers. Join the team building many of the world's largest and fastest data centers and supercomputers! NVIDIA wants someone to own deployment readiness for new rack-scale AI platforms delivered to market through our OEM partners, from engineering sample through volume rollout at scale. This includes factory integration and test, power and cooling systems, cabling, network provisioning, and bring-up and validation.

As the Technical Program Manager, you will be the single point of alignment across NVIDIA engineering, product, and support teams and their counterparts in OEM engineering, manufacturing, integration, and services. You will implement the lessons learned from previous product launches and ensure we are best prepared to support our internal and external customers while ensuring the integrity of NVIDIA platform infrastructure. You will guarantee that all documentation, tooling, and training is completed before an OEM ships at volume, and ensure that dependencies for readiness are identified, owned, and closed. This will meet NVIDIA product architecture, operational needs, and industry standards. The readiness infrastructure includes technical lessons learned as well as non-technical processes. Engaging effectively with OEM partners is also a key responsibility to support a successful product launch into mass deployment.

What you will be doing:
  • Own end-to-end deployment readiness for new NVIDIA rack-scale platforms delivered through OEM partners, ensuring that from engineering sample to mass production, tooling, processes, and lessons learned are implemented and available for internal and OEM-led rollouts.
  • Drive alignment across NVIDIA engineering, product, and support organizations and their OEM counterparts so that every team is working to one readiness plan, one schedule, and one definition of done.
  • Program management of readiness status for hardware, software, firmware, tooling, and process across multiple concurrent platforms and OEM programs, with clear entry and exit criteria, risk tracking, and executive-level reporting.
  • Lead OEM engagement and communication, coordinating planning, factory and site readiness, deployment schedules, and activity preparation for large-scale rollouts.
  • Scale the deployment model: define how bring-up, validation, and acceptance are executed consistently across many racks, sites, and partners, and where automation replaces manual effort.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality assurance processes to verify that deliverables from NVIDIA and OEM partners meet established specifications and quality requirements at deployment scale.
  • Own the escalation and feedback loop from issues found during large-scale deployment back into NVIDIA engineering, and close the loop so the same issue does not repeat on the next platform or the next OEM.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve efficiency through automation, tooling, and other means to increase speed and accuracy of readiness planning and deployment execution.

What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of overall experience in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers, preferably for high density AI/HPC data centers.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale data center hardware deployments or infrastructure planning programs, at multi-rack and multi-site scale.
  • Experience working with OEM, ODM, or system integrator partners across engineering, manufacturing, and services functions.
  • Proven technical and project leadership under fluid situations, including the ability to drive alignment across organizations you do not own and adapt to unknowns and change.
  • Working knowledge of data center infrastructure: power and cooling (including liquid cooling), cabling, network provisioning, rack integration, and system bring-up and validation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, keen attention to detail, and a dedication to quality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively and expertly with diverse collaborators including OEM partners and executives, and facilitate productive discussions.
  • Organization & Time Management - able to plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks related to the job to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 35%) to OEM factories, integration facilities, and deployment sites.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience in large, multi-partner program management projects with concurrent product launches.
  • Hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA rack-scale systems such as MGX and NVL-class rack architectures, GPU and networking bring-up, or liquid-cooled infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of processes and tooling used in product rollouts, including factory integration and test flows (L10/L11/L12 build and validation levels).
  • Experience building repeatable deployment playbooks, acceptance criteria, and partner training that scale to volume.
  • Outstanding communication skills.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
