About the job

A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As Digital Execution and data Lead, you will drive scaling of construction technology and site reality capture tools to establish field-friendly workflows and maximize platform adoption. You will lead 3D model audits alongside 4D scheduling and 5D cost integrations to mitigate design risks, track progress, and eliminate rework, standardize data architecture, COBie taxonomies, and model parameters to convert raw Building Information Modeling (BIM) elements into structured operational data for final handover. You will integrate cloud systems across project management, ERP, and scheduling software to build automated dashboards for key performance metrics. You will establish team governance and pilot emerging solutions, such as AI-driven site tracking, to continuously optimize project delivery.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
