Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical program management, driving program delivery from concept to completion.
  • Experience in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) field.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience partnering with senior engineering and research leadership to deliver straightforward solutions to complex and technical spaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and adapt plans and strategies as project conditions change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical domains to understand challenges and risks while balancing broad trade-offs and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop meaningful relationships with key partners to influence action and outcomes.

As the Technical Program Manager for Model Launches, you will play a critical role in bridging research and products to ensure new models are deployed quickly and with minimal confusion. You will partner closely with DevRel and AI Studio API Program Managers to coordinate early access programs, while overseeing the end-to-end model lifecycle including post-launch monitoring and model deprecations. Additionally, you will focus on scaling the team by building the necessary tools and processes to support our rapidly expanding model portfolio.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $256000 - $279000 (USD) 20% bonus target equity benefits
