Full Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and highly motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join the DET team at Salesforce. In this role, you will be assigned to a specific product line, likely focusing on data and reporting, where you will serve as the lead TPM to fill existing gaps and drive key initiatives.
You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, and budget. You will keep the team on track, proactively identify and address risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of projects within your assigned product line, with a focus on data and reporting initiatives.
Manage the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner.
Keep the project team aligned and on track to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Represent your workstream in weekly meetings, providing clear and concise updates on the status of initiatives, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and design, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Act as a key communication hub, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, ideally within a software or technology company.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Salesforce clouds in particular
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with risk management and issue resolution.
Familiarity with data and reporting platforms is a significant plus.
