Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience working with networking infrastructure in a Cloud environment.
  • Experience with capacity planning.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to partner closely and work effectively with highly technical engineering teams.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships, influence everyone from engineers to executive leadership, and align stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to take vague, unstructured problems, frame a clear path forward, and execute methodically.


Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, facilitation and communication skills, consistently delivering results in dynamic and ambiguous situations.
  • Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, set the pace for project delivery while developing tactical plans and long term strategy for highly complex projects.
  • Become a trusted advisor to decision makers providing valuable insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives with AI first mindset to automate and reduce overall toil advocating the use of AI and agentic development to streamline TPM operations.
  • Bring order to chaos and determine what needs to get done in an ambiguous, fluid environment.


Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $163000 - $237000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits
