Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with supply or demand planning (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory management, resource allocation, etc.).
  • Experience with data center or networking infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 5 years of experience with supply/demand planning, material planning, data center infrastructure, or capital investment decision making.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization with experience leading cross-functional process improvements.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly S&OP process to define and publish data center network hardware requirements, ensuring global demand is met for our machine learning deployments. Leverage upstream signals and engineering inputs to generate precise short- and long-term demand plans for networking infrastructure.
  • Optimize inventory health balancing safety stock, costs, and product lifecycle transitions to maximize delivery reliability while minimizing E&O exposure.
  • Work with partner teams in supply chain and procurement to track supply commits and provide supply response to upstream deployment teams and assess business impact.
  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews to analyze supply-demand scenarios, driving critical prioritization and allocation decisions during supply constraints to minimize business impact.
  • Drive business impact by improving forecast accuracy, inventory health, and E&O management. Optimize material spend, Cost of goods sold (COGS), and gross margins to ensure product success and operational efficiency.


Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
