- 1 year of experience in program management.
- Experience with artificial intelligence/machine learning projects, tools, or infrastructure.
- Experience in consumer electronics, or wearables technologies.
Preferred qualifications:- 3 years of experience in program management.
- Familiarity with hardware and software development cycles and processes that ensure successful product launch or go-to-market execution.
- Understanding of ML/AI principles and evaluations, and their distinctions from traditional software development.
- Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Ability to execute, prioritize, and influence multiple complex, rapidly changing programs involving teams.

Responsibilities - Maintain GenAI model evaluation workflows by coordinating test execution and managing evaluation logistics alongside research scientists and engineers.
- Track program health and evaluation metrics to identify risks, blockers, and changing timelines early, working alongside technical leads to triage issues.
- Maintain and clearly communicate project status, dependencies, risks, action items, and documentation in a timely manner to team members and immediate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to team operational excellence by supporting clear project tracking mechanisms, meeting rhythms, and a collaborative team culture built on trust and respect.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product management, engineering, research, design, UX, clinical, and regulatory, to track requirements, maintain project schedules, and monitor deliverables and launch readiness criteria.
