  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year


Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Organizational Communication, Computer Science or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Design, build, and implement modern data warehouse infrastructure, robust data structures, efficient data engineering processes; Experience building and deploying robust data pipelines, solutions, and frameworks to facilitate trusted data availability; Design & implement business intelligence reporting and complex data analytics models using SQL or relevant coding languages; Experience leading organizational change efforts using data tools & solutions to improve organization efficiency; and Traverse complex large datasets to extract business insights that directly help to maintain up-time of technical infrastructure operations.


About the job

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $198,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .

Position reports to the Google Kirkland, WA office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program goals, prioritize deliverables, and build trusted relationships that enable effective decision making.
  • Define project scope and independently author program charters, creating detailed project plans that outline phases, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, monitoring key program metrics to identify deviations and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Design and execute targeted communication plans for various stakeholders, representing the program team and providing transparency into program pivots and progress.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive change management rollout plans, analyzing impact, monitoring progress, and resolving misalignments with key partners. Manage program escalations and independently triage technical issues, assessing their impact and resolving requests related to tooling and operational processes.
