Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Program Management, Business Administration or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation.
- Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Management of cross-functional or cross-team projects; Risk monitoring and mitigation planning; Assessment of engineering problems and defect analysis; Creation of technical roadmaps or white papers; and Application of Agile or Waterfall methodologies for project planning and Development of governance plans or project trackers.

Position reports to the Google office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize program goals, author charters, and define scopes, timelines, and OKRs for advanced programs.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, maintaining trackers and status reports while proactively addressing dependencies and risks.
- Monitor key metrics and program phasing to identify deviations, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners by leading effective meetings and designing targeted communication strategies.
- Execute change management requirements by creating rollout plans, analyzing impact, and resolving alignment issues. Establish governance structures to triage technical issues, manage escalations, and resolve tooling or process roadblocks.
