Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Platforms & Agile Delivery

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, multi-workstream enterprise platform implementations and business transformation initiatives. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, partnering with cross-functional teams, IT leadership, and external vendors to deliver structured roadmaps, improve delivery processes, and ensure predictable, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate long-term business objectives into actionable technology strategies and implementation roadmaps
  • Lead quarterly and Program Increment (PI) planning, including prioritization, milestone definition, and capacity alignment
  • Design and manage integration plans across complex, multi-workstream enterprise initiatives
  • Identify, map, and manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Proactively assess program risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
  • Establish and continuously improve development processes, workflows, and delivery frameworks
  • Ensure governance over scope, timelines, and quality standards across all deliverables
  • Communicate program status, health, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership using data-driven insights
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations based on program metrics and analysis
