Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, fiber-optics, or critical systems construction management.
Preferred qualifications:- RCDD, PMP, or similar industry certifications.
- Project or construction management experience with network infrastructure (i.e. fiber optic cabling, cable tray, racks, etc.).
- Experience working in data centers or similar mission critical environments where work involves impact to core functionalities and is governed with formal change control processes.

Responsibilities - Support cross-functional partner teams and site-based execution teams through SME technical guidance, and serve as a regional liaison for program management team.
- Help develop and socialize processes and procedures to enable the team to operate efficiently with consistent results, in partnership with internal and external teams.
- Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer's needs.
- Resolve highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.
