This individual contributor role leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial and government system integration programs across North America. As a program lead, you will partner with Sales, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You'll proactively manage program risks, drive cross-functional alignment, and support opportunity planning by evaluating execution strategies, resource requirements, and delivery risks to position projects for success. The ideal candidate thrives in technically complex environments and has a proven track record of managing multiple programs while building strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into executable program plans and continuously improve project execution across the organization.
Your tasks - Lead complex commercial and government system integration programs from opportunity through customer acceptance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful program delivery plans.
- Coordinate and manage external suppliers and partners to track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure successful integration into overall program execution.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Influence cross-functional teams to drive alignment, accountability, and successful program execution.
- Support pre-award planning by evaluating project complexity, execution strategies, risks, and resource requirements.
- Lead and standardize the Project Lookback (Lessons Learned) process to drive continuous improvement across the PMO.
Your qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; master's degree with 7+ years. Will consider 15+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree for the right candidate.
- Experience managing complex technical programs in engineering, manufacturing, or systems integration.
- Proven ability to proactively solve problems, manage risks, and drive results.
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Test and measurement or related high-technology industry experience preferred.

The total compensation for this position is $115K-$140K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
