  • Own the end-to-end program management for multiple, concurrent initiatives. Drive all stages of the program lifecycle, from planning and resourcing to execution, monitoring, and post-launch analysis.
  • Manage a high-velocity, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. Develop and maintain a clear, shared understanding of program status, risks, and next steps in the constant change.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with internal and external dependencies. Anticipate and resolve roadblocks by building strong relationships and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Tailor communication to different audiences, from executive summaries to detailed technical briefings.
  • Work with product and engineering leads to anticipating challenges and developing creative solutions. Use data and critical thinking to inform strategic decisions and optimize program outcomes.
