About the job

A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager on the Search Ecosystem team, you will play a pivotal role in leading Google AI experiences that build publisher and user trust, scaling a user-publisher affinity model, and enabling Reader Revenue Manager (Subscribe with Google) growth via country expansion and feature delivery. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of complex program workstreams, from planning and development through launch and landing. You will manage the program's lifecycle, navigate ambiguity, and exercise independent judgment to ensure we meet ambitious goals.

This role involves close collaboration with a distributed engineering team and requires a strong ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across various organizations. You will be instrumental in launching and iterating on zero-to-one initiatives that facilitate a value-based engagement model, with a significant impact on Google's AI capabilities and user experiences.

In Google Search, we're reimagining what it means to search for information - any way and anywhere. To do that, we need to solve complex engineering challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a universally accessible and useful experience that people around the world rely on. In joining the Search team, you'll have an opportunity to make an impact on billions of people globally.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
